Here’s a list of 10 things that are sure to turn my frown upside down when I’m feeling blue…
This is a Mama Kat’s Writer’s Workshop promt. Her workshop it great, check it out if you haven’t already.
- Remembering GOD, praying to HIM, and asking for patience.
- My husband.
- My kids.
- Nature.
- Dark chocolate.
- Watching Three’s Company re-runs on DVD.
- Reading a good book.
- Organizing something. I know it may sound nutty, but organizing helps me forget my woes.
- Talking to my mom. I love her, she’s the best!
- Beading. Focusing in on creating something pretty really helps if I’ve got the blues.

@Shell Thanks for visiting me and sending a little comment love my way – comments are always welcome here! I grew up watching Three’s Company, so did my husband. We both can remember watching the show when it was on back in the late ’70s/’80s. Now our children like to watch. John Ritter was fantastic in his role as Jack Tripper. Peace.
Great list! #1 is a great reminder… something I need to do more of. And #8 should have been on my list, too! I love organizing! When my space is organized my mind feels more “together,” too. (My home office is a disaster right now–which explains my mental state!)
@MisSarahLou Thanks for visiting, and for the comment love. I do love comments. I guess that would have to be number 11 on my list, because comments do put a smile on my face! Peace.
