31 Things About Me

  1. I love dark chocolate!
  2. I love to bake.
  3. I love to cook, but aren’t that great at it.
  4. I love to read.  I’ll read just about anything as long as it’s educational.
  5. I feel I have to read everything from cover to cover, even if I hate it.  I feel like I’m cheating if I don’t.
  6. I always read the fine print
  7. I’m the mother of three very intelligent, beautiful children.  (Don’t all moms say this?  When was the last time you head a mom say she was the mother of average looking, not-so-bright kids? )
  8. I married my high-school sweetheart, and we’ve been together nearly seventeen years. :)
  9. I home school all of my kids, and have since day one.
  10. I never watch network television.
  11. My favorite move is The Men Who Stare At Goats – it’s awesome.
  12. I loved the book too, and read it long before the movie ever came out.
  13. I love Three’s Company.
  14. I love Mash.
  15. I love lots of British television shows like Blackadder, Geeves and Wooster, and Dad’s Army.
  16. I can’t get enough of documentaries and independent films.
  17. I think You Tube is awesome.
  18. I think honey works wonders for everything!
  19. I drink lots of water.
  20. I NEVER drink sodas, or other sugary beverages.
  21. I like coffee on occasion, but I don’t really like the coffee taste.  I only like the fancy-shmancy flavorings that go in it – if it tastes like coffee, I don’t want it.
  22. I don’t wear makeup.
  23. I NEVER wear anything on my feet except clogs or flip flops. I think heels are a torture device.
  24. I think mean people suck.
  25. I think recycling is cool.
  26. I believe in peace.
  27. I believe in economic and social justice.
  28. I love my family.
  29. I love blogging.
  30. I never try to be something I’m not.
