On my eco bucket list: growing winter greens in a cold frame, having a bay shrub for bay leaves, installing solar photovoltaic and solar hot water, owning an all-electric car. Looking back, I've done a lot of eco bucket list things already, like nursing and cloth diapering my three babies. We also use cloth rags instead of paper towels around the house.

Thanks, Michelle! The pie from PPK does look really good, although, darn, neither of the toppings would work for me.... still looking for a whipped cream substitute I could eat (can't have cashews, don't want things like fractionated palm oil). And your vegan chocolate cake looks really good too. I'll have to come back and browse your natural beauty recipes, they look promising.

I LOVE finding new bath and body recipes. I make my own soap, lotion, scrubs and lip balm. I love using things like coconut oil, shea butter and essential oils. You can make some really luxurious products without any nasty chemicals. These masks sounds yummy!

We have been using Virgin Coconut oil since the 27th Feb 2012. I haven't used any butter or margarine or oil for cooking and baking since .It even makes cakes nice and fluffy. Its also suppose to help with Alzheimer.I will start using it as a moisturizer as well ,because I have very dry and fair skin.
The only problem is ; its not so easy to find . Thank you so very much .
Sincerely Inga

Recently I decided to work with my partner to come up with the Ultimate Bucket List or Life List (which ever you prefer) . I started out with your typical Top 10 things to do before you die list, but it quickly has ballooned to 45 things to do/see before you die. There are so many I broke it down into categories lol.

Id like to keep it going, see if anyone else has any “MUST DO’s” that I may have missed. Take a look and let me now if you think there is anything missing.

p.s. if anyone has any GREAT eco ideas to add...pls let me know
