Well, I did the same thing before I read this article but not with powdered sugar but with corn starch and cocoa powder. Cocoa should be the only ingredient with no sugar or anything else added, try Hershey’s Cocoa Powder. I’m guessing the clumping has to do with the sugar because this mix above is very very fine. The same as a micro powder.

Did you ever find a way to fix the solidifying problem? Also, was your scrub stored in the fridge? I want to make a scrub to give as gifts and also want to prevent the ingredients from solidifying and separating if possible! I made this once before with olive oil and had the same problem but I refrigerated it which I later read you don’t have to do. Thanks to anyone else who has tips!
